So every single day I squeeze a lemon into a glass of water and drink it up right away! This starts me on a good healthy path since there is no sugar, no additives, only fruit and water, two of the more beneficial things in the world!

Even if you have run out of this super-healthy citrus fruit, at least drink that glass of water first thing in the morning even before you sip your first cup of coffee.
